During an exciting audio-guided tour through the "Brauquöll Appenzell" visitor centre, you’ll find out lots of interesting facts about brewing, and discover how Säntis Malt and Appenzeller Bier are made from fresh spring water. In the historical hops cellar, a short film will give you insights into work in the brewery. Life in former times comes alive once more in this little museum.
